The Tax Collector provided to the City the following information:
The Tradition and Fort Pierce offices of the St. Lucie County Tax Collector are open. No appointments are necessary. For hours and more information about the Tax Collector’s services, visit www.tcslc.com.
If your property tax payment is postmarked by Thursday, Nov. 30, the St. Lucie County Tax Collector will honor the early-payment discount. If you mailed a check, and it appears to be taking a long time to clear, know that staff must manually process all checks. If residents visit the Tax Collector’s website, and their account shows “paid,” that means the check has cleared.
