Stuart Police arrest two for lewd and lascivious behavior in busy shopping plazas

Stuart, Fl- The Stuart Police have arrested two men for lewd and lascivious behavior in two different busy shopping plazas.

Here are the details from the Stuart Police:

This week, your Stuart Police Department has made two arrests for lewd and lascivious behavior in busy shopping plazas. 

On Monday December 11th, a shopper at Pineapple Commons Plaza noticed a male standing near a vehicle exposing his sexual organs. The victim called police and was able to positively identify Stephan McKelton, of Port St. Lucie. 

On Tuesday December 12th, officers responded to Regency Square Plaza, where a victim witnessed a male standing nearby blatantly acting in a lewd manner. The victim was able to take a picture of the suspect and provided this to officers on scene. On Wednesday December 13th, employees at a business in the Stuart Centre Shopping Plaza called 911 to report a male exposing himself. Officers located the male and identified him as Immanuel Nelson, of Jacksonville, FL. Officers determined Nelson was the same suspect from Tuesday, December 12th. 

Both cases were quickly solved with the assistance of alert citizens witnessing the criminal behavior and reporting to police. 

Both of these individuals were arrested and will be residing at the Martin County Jail. 

A simple google search found that Stephan McKelton has a long history of exposing himself.
