Stuart Woman arrested for drug possession after tip-off

Stuart, Fl- A concerned citizen’s call led to the arrest of a woman who was in possession of drugs in Stuart.

The Stuart Police Department  issued  a search warrant  at the Osprey Reserve neighborhood.

Today, Your Stuart Police Department executed a search warrant in Osprey Reserve after a concerned citizen submitted information about nefarious activities taking place at a residence. 

Investigations lead detectives to discover that 43-year-old Heather Hall was engaging in criminal behavior out of a residence owned by her parents, who were unaware of the activities taking place.

Hall has been arrested and charged with resisting without violence, and possession of Fentanyl and drug related paraphernalia.
