Port St.Lucie, Fl – The Port St Lucie Police have reported a second suspect arrested in the Stockton Place Shooting.

The Port St Lucie Police Department has relentlessly pursued the individual(s) responsible for the brazen shooting that took place in the early hours of December 13th, in our city. We can report that PSLPD Major Crimes Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for a second suspect, Emmanuel Baldwin. He will be charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder and is currently being held in the Broward County Jail, where he will eventually be extradited to St. Lucie County.
On Wednesday morning, December 13th, Detectives were quickly able to relay the suspect vehicle information to our law enforcement partners. Hours later, Deputies from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle in Lauderdale Lakes. Baldwin was one of three occupants in the vehicle at the time.
Earlier today, Broward County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Baldwin on the outstanding warrant. Baldwin is believed to have been the driver of the suspect vehicle during the attempted homicide.
The men and women of the Port St Lucie Police Department continued work tirelessly since the shooting to bring those involved in this heinous act to justice. We would like to thank our law enforcement partners at the Broward Sheriff’s Office for their support in assisting us in the apprehension of Baldwin.
