PSLPD issues more than 1,000 citations so far during spring break

Port St. Lucie, Fl- The Port St.Lucie Police have issued more than 1000 citations so far during spring break.

Here are the details:

SPEEDING DRIVERS NABBED! These 2 drivers will now have to appear before a judge in court and explain why our Spring Break Traffic Blitz Officers caught them going 101mph and 81mph on Crosstown Pkwy today where the speed limit is 45mph.

In addition to continuing increased traffic enforcement of speeders and aggressive drivers during Spring Break, all PSLPD Officers are committed to keeping our roadways safe as we have issued over 11,500 citations since the beginning of the year. #DriveSafe#ObeyTheLaw
