Fort Pierce, Fl- The Fort Pierce Police have arrested 35-year-old Sansophie Lanier and charged her with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

FORT PIERCE POLICE ARREST 35-YEAR-OLD FEMALE FOLLOWING ALTERCATION THAT INJURED FORT PIERCE WOMAN
On June 9, 2024, at approximately 7:23 p.m., multiple Fort Pierce Police officers responded to the intersection of South U.S. Highway 1 and East Midway Road in reference to a possible stabbing.
Investigation revealed a physical altercation involving a knife took place between a 28-year-old female and a 35-year-old female. The victim, of Fort Pierce, suffered multiple injuries and was transported to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in critical but stable condition. Sansophie Lanier, 35, of Stuart was placed under arrest and after being medically cleared, was transported to the St. Lucie County Jail and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
