Suspect Leaves Dog Tied to Bushes in Parking Lot!

PSLPD needs your assistance in identifying a suspect driving a silver 4 door sedan who dropped off this gray/white female pitbull and tied her to the bushes in a parking lot located in the 8400-Blk of NW LTC Pkwy on August 23. The muzzle that the suspect left on her was placed too tight to allow her to eat or drink.

Here is the car!

“Tom” is currently at PSLPD Animal Control where she is healthy and in good spirits.
