PSLPD Major Crimes Unit Makes 3 Arrests In Sunday Morning’s Homicide

In a combined response by PSLPD road patrol, the Major Crimes Unit, the Gang Intelligence Unit, Crime Scene Investigators, and Traffic Homicide Investigators, PSLPD announces the arrest of 3 suspects within hours of the early morning fatal shooting of a 53-year-old motorcyclist on SW California Blvd.

Those arrested were 23-year-old Victor Alvarez charged with First Degree Premeditated Murder for shooting the victim from a car as the victim drove his motorcycle, 25-year-old Kyle Driscoll charged with First-Degree Premeditated Murder for driving the suspect vehicle during the shooting, and 21-year-old Nevaeh Gonsalves charged with Accessory After the Fact – Life Felony for providing misleading information to detectives during the investigation and attempting to have a bar receipt forged to establish an alibi.

While the motive for the murder is still under investigation, the evidence suggests the victim was targeted and this was not a random act of violence.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call the PSLPD Major Crimes Unit at (772) 871-5001 or, if you wish to remain anonymous, call Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at (800) 273-8477.
