Port St Lucie Police investigating Hit-and-Run US Hwy 1 and Jennings Rd.

Port St.Lucie, Fl- The Port St. Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident on S US Hwy 1 and SE Jennings Rd.

Here are the details from the Port St.Lucie Police:

PSLPD Investigating Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Hit and Run Crash on S US Hwy 1 and SE Jennings Rd.

At about 9:43 pm, PSLPD and St. Lucie County Fire District responded to S US Hwy 1 and SE Jennings Rd. for a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash.

The pedestrian was transported to Lawnwood Hospital with serious head injuries.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the hit and run crash are unknown. The suspect vehicle description is believed to be a black 4 door Honda Accord.

Please avoid the intersection as there is a heavy police presence.
